I started Discovery Kidzone in my basement in 2009. Since then I have built and led a multi‐state childcare organization while navigating the same challenges many successful founders eventually face: leadership gaps, growth that outpaces systems, unclear accountability, delegation, executive team development, and becoming the bottleneck inside the company you created.

Today I am largely removed from daily operations, because we intentionally built an organization that can lead, execute, and make decisions without depending on me for everything.
